Tournaments of this caliber enable combat sambo to make significant progress toward firmly establishing itself throughout European sports. Combat sambo is a way to temper the spirit; it is a personal weapon that requires a tremendous desire for self-affirmation, unlimited training, and endurance of pain. Thank you to all the officials and organizers who support the development of combat sambo, for everything you do to foster the physical and spiritual development of young people and to popularize this exciting sport.”
